Who we are

:bulletorange: :bulletyellow: Who we are:

#eCSSited is a group to help you learning or improving CSS skills. People from the community who are willing to help, offer their knowledge to be shared and their time to teach you how to deal with classes, properties and values.

The focus of the group is to collect resources like tutorials, code snippets or graphical resources. But we also promote everything that is related to CSS, be it contests, news, projects or anything similar.

:bulletyellow: :bulletorange: :bulletyellow:

No journal/gallery designs, no finished journal/gallery skins, no webdesigns or anything else like that will be accepted for our gallery.

Before you decide if you want to become part of the group, make sure that you read through these guidelines and rules:

:bulletyellow: Reasons to join and not to join
For those who are unsure if they should join or not, please read this. It might helps you to understand the groups purpose a bit more.

:bulletyellow: F.A.Q.
A collection of the most important questions that might come up when you are new to this group or want to become a member. If something is still unclear please leave a comment on that blog or contact us directly.

:bulletyellow: Member Classes
A short overview of the member classes of the group.

This is a free time project and we would encourage 'global' learning through the forum (you can only see that as an eCSSited Groupie or Resource Provider). But you can also leave comments on our profile to ask for help!

Before I go and make it: Is there a comprehensive guide for people who have a good to expert level of HTML with all of the CSS class that could be used, sections to be modified, and how much restriction is on a particular widget? Without going through a million tutorials?

I'm just finding a bunch of beginner level tutorials. I'm just asking before I put in the time to make it.

i was wondering if there is a tutorial on how to do anchor tags/links to a part of your journal like table of contents ,  so people can skip to a certain part of the journal?

Hey, I'm looking for someone who's willing to make a code for this Journal design. I only have 87 :points: and I'm trying to save them for Core Membership. I suck at CSS, and every generator and tutorial I tried didn't work. Is there anyone who is willing to help me out for free?

Hi there, is it possible to ask for some coding help?

I'm not very experienced at all and I copied a code from a tutorial for a simple journal (no sub header boxes/emotion box/additional boxes etc) to put in my own images. I have the CSS almost working apart from the text box which just completely breaks whenever I try to alter the right hand padding (and the bottom as well, I think, but that isn't as important)

Can anyone help? I'm nearly throwing my computer out the window in frustration XD I tried adding some stuff to the code to make it centred (otherwise it just completely screws up the image alignment) so if the code needs a serious tidy, I'm sorry! I'm horrendous at programming...

CSS Code

(Note, in the code, the image links have a space between the http:// and the rest of the link)

Thank you, I appreciate any help!
